Gastronomy

A refined
experience

At the Hotel Parc Beaumont, gastronomy has two faces: the inventive elegance of the gourmet restaurant Le Jeu de Paume, and the convivial atmosphere of the brasserie Le Grand Prix. Chef Alexandre Paget sublimates local produce with creativity and precision, for a cuisine that awakens the senses.

Le Jeu de Paume

Under the direction of chef Alexandre Paget, Le Jeu de Paume celebrates the flavors of the Southwest with a seasonal menu. A bold and subtle cuisine, where each plate, both fragrant and colorful, awakens the senses and invites discovery.
